RedLine Debt Rescue ("RedLine", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

Information we collect

When you complete our online assessment we collect your full name, mobile number, email address, employment status, gross monthly income range and indicative total debt. We do not perform a credit bureau check at this stage and we do not collect your South African ID number through the website.

How we use it

Your details are used solely to contact you regarding your debt relief assessment and to prepare a preliminary repayment breakdown. They are not sold, rented or shared with marketing partners.

Storage and security

Information is stored on encrypted servers located within the Republic of South Africa. Access is restricted to RedLine staff who are bound by POPIA confidentiality obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your information at any time by emailing help@redlinerescue.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator at inforeg@justice.gov.za.
